Possible the 06's just have had a little more time on the road and the extra time for the abuse. I hate to see all the mishaps and I hope that the 07's dont follow suit.

X2. 35 000 american miles on mine now-never been lady driven.:D
After Bronson popped one, now I'm scared as well. Cross fingers '07 guys, this could be a bumpy year!!

Good luck Mr.Alligator!

It takes a while waiting on the machine shop , but you'll be back in business soon .

After popping mine it take some getting used to pushing down on the pedal without butt puckering just a little . :D

Im getting more comfortable with it again though . A little nervous hooking my truck to the sled this weekend .

Somebody give me a piece of coal and i'll make your wife a nice diamond .

Just wait till he breaks one and he'll know how much it hurts .

Not a joke and put me in a real slump . I had a 12,000 lb paper weight in the wifes parking spot in the driveway for 6 months . That was not good . :(

It wont be sad for much longer .

Nope, interim motor slated for Thursday delivery, so in it goes on Friday if I don't get backed up in the shop on other peoples projects. Then hopefully I can pull the broke motor down next week to start the build. Machine shop next door has already done some badass work on MMLMM's heads, so I am going to have them line bore it and hone the cylinders as soon as it's down to bare block... Go from there.

Awesome , back up motor for a while , then build motor in a few months .

Cool .

I can't keep my dad's truck for 5 months while I get the motor done. I know I can get it done faster, but with all that is going on right now, that is time I don't have. You know how it is, the landscaper down the street has the worst looking yard in the neighborhood, same thing, my truck is the last to see service/shop time. It don't pay to work on your own junk...
