Far as I know there is only one Harbor Freight Diesel Compression Tester. I think I posted it somewhere.
They have them on the shelf at the Riverside store.
How do you determine the gender of an inflatable?
Does it go by whether the inflator nipple goes inzy's or outyz?

wish it was but sadly no did compresion test #8 cylinder dead a s a door nail all other cylnders looked good we kind of new when we pulled the glow pug out and there was oil on it and all the otheres where dry. so out it comes and will see wht we can do

Maybe we should start a poll and see who all broke pistons and had a lift pump because I had one, and I'm pretty sure Henry and Chad both had one too...And I guess your right-Lift Pumps DO Break Pistons :rofl:
My balance rates were fine also even with the cracked pistons.
If you have a bore scope you can look in and see if there is a crack also. Hell tommy just stick one piston in and run it again lol
You can pull the head and swap a piston without pulling the whole engine.
You are "lucky" Because it is a piston in the back so you can do it without yanking the upper oil pan. Well, you should be able to. I did a #7 piston that way on an LLY ! It's half assed in a way but it'll buy you some more time....
The one i replaced wasn't cracked though so once you get the head off you can check the cylinder..... and go from there.
