That's all I've ever counted as well. I was curious.

Numbers look good. It's crazy on leg press how much different sleds are. Last
Gym I was at I could load up 900lbs and do 8-10. This gym I get 450 and feel smoked.

My old gym had a farly new leg press. This gym it's probably older than I am.

Anyone ever ate quinoa, it's a grain has decent protein and alot of carbs. Gonna eat some today before my workout and see how I feel compared to rice. It has alot of aminos and protein for a grain. Been reading on it it's seems like a good rice substitute

Meal prep ideas? I'm about burnt out on chicken and rice again. I take my lunch/ eat at work. I'm to broke to eat out daily. I've been having ham sandwiches recently because I can eat for $0.70 a day lol. But that's not helping any gains.

Got any wild game in the freezer? Coworker and I talked and he changes it up with cheap steaks and lean ground beef made on a George Forman. Sweet potatoes/potatoes, handful of almonds or half an avacado

What's up everyone. New guy here at DD. Bodybuilder checking in. Good to see other lifters on here.

Been doing a 4 day Bodybuilding split called GST-Growth Stimulus Training. Great program. Been having great gains over the last 4 years.

Went from 145 with 18% BF to currently 173 at 15%. Currently cutting BF. Would like to hit the 10-12% range before going back into a bulk phase.

So what's everyone's focus? More bodybuilding, power lifting or general fitness?

Well after months of keeping track of this thread I've decided to join in. Been training consistently for 17 months now. I'm 5'8 and started out at 188lbs and probably 25% BF. Now after different cycles of cutting and bulking I 'am currently sitting at 155lbs and 6-7% BF. As far as lifts go I can squat 315, deadlift 365 but I can not bench press to save my life. Max bench to this day is 205. I have always set up my diet according to my goals in these past 17 months.

Nothing wrong with those numbers:thumb: It's taken me 5 years to get to a 340-50ish bench... It's a very difficult lift to master, much more going on than just pressing off your chest, technique wise;)
