Smashed chest today. More reps than weight. I could barely flat bench 135 when I finished.
Biggest number of the day was flat bench for 5 sets of 5 at 225.
Kinda made me feel like a puss lol

I use isolate protein two scoops, 4 ice cubes, whole banana, big scoop of PB. Filler up with milk in the blender. B4 workout and B4 bed
When doing leg press, do ya count just the plates or do you add in what ever the press is also. I only count the plates, but the press seems to weight a good bit also.
New record for me on leg press.

540 x 10 x 2
900 x 10 x 2
540 x 10 x 1
360 x 10 single leg x 2
Then the rest of the leg work out.
I only count plates. I have no idea what the sled weighs
