Learned ring muscle ups after an arm workout and the wod tonight. Never attempted them, did one on the first 100% try. Ended up doing 10 before I left, stringing more and more together.

Pretty pumped on that

Damn nice guys... Murph would destroy me along with ring muscleups lol.

Bench had been feeling awesome lately, I’m shooting for a 365-375 paused press by the end of the year.

6-45’sx2sx3r that’s the most I have ever hit on belt squats. Feels way harder than barbell squats... Anyone else feel the same? Or is it in my head?

Dead hang pull ups chest to bar no kipping.

I did the regional rope climb thruster wod the other day. I think it took me 11:xx and I was dying. But I beat the trainer by over a full minute.

Also, had my dream girl tell me I was starting to look small from Crossfit (she works out there too) so back to heavy training in the mornings again. Although I’m pretty sure the only size I’ve lost is fat.

Hit a solid chest day.

Spotted a guy who hit a easy 445 flat bench. I just left after my set of 5 at 285 lol

You guys are incredible to me. I thought I was fairly strong until I read you guys numbers. Most people think that I’m a pretty good sized guy but I’m willing to bet I’m small in comparison to most of you. Either that or I’m not as strong as I thought I was for my size lol. I’d be interested to know what you guys weigh and BF% is. Keep up the grind guys

I’m 242 and fairly lean right now. I should be much stronger for my weight and size but my torn rotator cuff hampers just everything i do at the gym but I make it work.

I’m 205 ish lately, was up as high as 219 this winter:eek:
Probably sitting around 15-20% bf. would like to get it down to 10% but it’s not a huge concern.

As Evan mentioned, injuries really hamper progress. I’m only now getting back to what I benched a year ago:mad: forget about my squat and deadlift numbers with my back in its current state. The will and heart is there but the back ain’t havin it:rofl:
