Learned ring muscle ups after an arm workout and the wod tonight. Never attempted them, did one on the first 100% try. Ended up doing 10 before I left, stringing more and more together.

You guys are incredible to me. I thought I was fairly strong until I read you guys numbers. Most people think that I’m a pretty good sized guy but I’m willing to bet I’m small in comparison to most of you. Either that or I’m not as strong as I thought I was for my size lol. I’d be interested to know what you guys weigh and BF% is. Keep up the grind guys ��������
