I would work legs, back, core, cardio, exercises that completely immobilized that bad shoulder. Honestly you’ll have to get creative. The key to a long healthy life is in that gym, you just gotta be smart with your training.
After being sick for a couple weeks my bench is struggling:rofl: it’ll come back, I hope
If it’s the same thing going around here and it sounds the same it lasts 3-4 weeks. Somdays are better then others but it seems to linger forever.
Nothing new other than I broke the 260 pound body weight mark. Heaviest I've ever been.
But stronger right?
Good stuff Jessey:thumb: just shows that everyone responds a little differently to reps and sets. Sounds like your putting muscle on for sure and burning fat, weight will always head up when adding muscle.
Well nice suprise today, bumped our reps up to 325 for the 5x3s on flat bench got those done. Banged out 365 for a single pretty easy just needed a good day. Then my partner hit 365 which he did the other day. We threw on some 5s and he failed at 375 for the second time but... it's everything I had but put up 375 even after normal sets. That's a new pr for me so I'm pretty damn stoked. Weighed in at 258.8 did crazy arms after that, super solid day I didn't want to leave, if i dont hit a wall 405 will be attainable easy by the end of the year.:happy2:
Congrats on the new PR I just keep getting lighter I’m down to 248.0 so I’m not sure where I’ll end up strength wise while I’m dieting. I know 365 last week was little heavier then it’s been the previous weeks. I’ll see how heavy it feels tomorrow.
I guess it depends on the type of diet what your strength is gonna do. I know 365 last week felt like 450, this week it was like 315. I've had more weight in me for a while just lack of motivation. Mind over matter, hope it goes up easy for u.:thumb:
Diet is in a nutritionist hands this year and so far I’m staying about the same strength wise and down 20 pounds. I definitely haven’t increased strength but I didn’t expect to for now just maintain. I’m just happy to not be as weak as usual when trying to get unfat.
