Dude. I love the reverse hyper. My uncle has one in his basement still and I use it whenever we are over there. My back feels great afterwards.
No working out for me today. Had to go maintain the deer properties. A lot of walking and working and sweating my arse off though. Lol

However I finally hit a 300+ Deadlift!
Got 308 last week and 313 last night! Super excited about that. Since I hate deadlifts
