Dude. I love the reverse hyper. My uncle has one in his basement still and I use it whenever we are over there. My back feels great afterwards.

No working out for me today. Had to go maintain the deer properties. A lot of walking and working and sweating my arse off though. Lol

Monday was 3x10 squats @ 65% and rounds of 5/10/15 pullup/pushup/squats for Metcon.

Today was 5x5 @ 75% backsquats

Metcon: 20 EMOM of:
1. Air assault bike max effort for 45 seconds
2. 15 KB Swings
3. 15 GHD Situps
4. rest

However I finally hit a 300+ Deadlift!
Got 308 last week and 313 last night! Super excited about that. Since I hate deadlifts

I can tell you 24 reps at 310 felt good to check off the list on a Friday night.

Got 308 last week and 313 last night! Super excited about that. Since I hate deadlifts

Worked to 90lb db incline bench for 10, chest fly machine super sets of 15

3x Low cable fly for sets of 12.

All in 20 min. Had a chiro appt

Decided to try and squat some today... I haven't squated due to patellar tendonitis in the right knee for a month and a half or so. Lots of leg press and single leg extensions.

Front squat

Lots of reps down low to make sure legs were good and warm. So far so good, knee feels fine:thumb:

Right shoulder is fully healed, left still tender when pressing over head, kept it light.

Feeling good, I think I'm ready to start full training again with squat, bench and deads:thumb:

5x5 squats at 83%, which is 302lbs now, yesterday.

Metcon and accessories today. Steady state work for rounds.

5 rounds, easy pace:
400m run
15 squats
10 burpees

Cuban press and lat raise supersets for a delicious delt pump.

But my oldest is doing weight training for baseball. Came home and told me they had a sophomore deadlift 405 today! A damn sophomore!
