Same here Mitch... Apparently God chose not to bless me with the ability to be able to jump haha. Back in High school I could touch the rim, just barely but I haven't tested my vertical in 20+ years, Hmmm maybe it's time, dunk at 41 has a nice ring to it:rofl:

So I decided to Deadlift last night. Back was feeling ok but work has been very busy and leaving me feeling pretty puny for work outs.

135x10 speed pulls
225x10 speed pulls paused on the floor
275x5 paused on floor

400x3 these move very well surprisingly, it's been a while since trying anything around 400...
440x3 was tough on the last rep but got it.

Seated cable rows
150x4sx10r used a wider grip and it was way more difficult plus I'm pretty tired lol.

Theres a guy that plays on 1 of my league teams that is 41 and can still dunk. Nothing special but still pretty cool.

Chris try to get your hands as close as possible On the bar, back could be a lot tighter on setup. Gotta push the knees out to make room for your hips.

1 set of 38......4'x12'x⅝" rock on a lid before noon. Hopefully another set of 40 after lunch. This kind of workout would be nice to have a second set of hands or a drywall lift..... Sadly it isn't so today. Good shoulder burn though :D

Man Wes, I delivered more 4x12x5/8" drywall then I care to ever admit... That stuff is heavy and a hell of a shoulder workout:rofl:

That it is. Trying to get a head start on this rock work since my drywaller had to take the day off ... he'll be pleasantly surprised tomorrow. 87 out of 220 up....had to let him know that I still know my way around the shit lol.

How's my squat form look? I've been doing some mobility work trying to go ATG. I've still got some work to do but I feel like it's come a long way in the last 3 months.

I agree with Jordan, try and get your hands closer, it will help you get your upper back tighter. I try to keep a neutral spine from the neck to my butthole, your head is up a little. Don't rush your setup, take your time getting your back tight under the bar before you unrack it. All in all though it's really pretty friggin good:thumb:
