Woo-hoo hit the gym after a friggin long day in the cable tray at the refinery. I dunno how you texans workout in the heat, I can't stand working in it when it's over 80 lol so this 95 bs we got is like death. But I digress....the workout

Was pretty wiped after this and bummed as I really wanted 165x8, 175x6, 185x4
DB curls started with 40s and then 35s, 30 you get the idea down to 20s. Did 10 per arm with 15 sec rest in between.
Ezbar curls put some 25s on each side did 2sx10r and 1s x 13r rest pause of 15 sec and got 6 more. Definitely tired and pooped after this day.

That is all, let the gains continue fellas

I haven't done a thing in a week because of a sore knee. I was working near the local Y today so I took my lunch break there to go shoot some hoops. I was in jeans and wasn't wearing my basketball sneakers but I figured I'd try dunking a couple times. My first try was just a 1 handed dunk and it came surprisingly easy. I got warmed up a little more and threw down a bunch of 2 handed dunks and several reverse 2 handed dunks.(never have I even come close) I guess all I needed was some time off. I never thought I'd get to this point but hard work does pay off.

Thats freaking awesome! When I played hoops, I was happy when I could just touch the backboard!

Started taking Citrulline as a pre about 2 weeks ago. Gives me an insane pump and I can squeak another set out or two. Also found a weight gainer that Im comfortable with, Naked Mass. Only 3 ingredients. No sugar or artificial sweeteners. Im up to 149 lbs. Trying to get back to 160 before winter.

Dbol, test 400 and daca will fix that problem. Packed on 40 lbs in 5 weeks but took a Lot of ripping and heeling alongside a metric shit ton of food.even without gear your diet and rest are essential after a wo.Not pushing gear just sharing my experience.

I looked at the stuff Chris linked and looked at the ingredients... It would put me in the hospital. Im allergic to casein and whey.

I'm not sure I want to go that hard yet with what you recommend.

I definitely do NOT recommend anything I do!For some weight gain an oral dbol would suffice along with milk thissle for liver and cholesterol protection,or just pack the protine in and work your Azz off.Diet is the most important for gains.

6 days into a week off break. Right knee and hip has been pretty sore so decided it was good time for a break. They are feeling much better. Probably bench and deadlift tomorrow night after work or Monday and see how the wheels feel before I break them off again;)

Bench and squat Tuesday. Had some punk ass get impatient and ran into the end of the barbell as I was in the middle of a set of squats. That made me super happy.

Squats on Saturday. Got up to 205x4. Starting to feel real comfortable. Ill get a video this week to make sure Im not screwing up.

Deads today. Bad idea. Legs still sore from Saturday. Had to stop at 285.

Im at the point where I need straps. My hands are really strong and have big calluses, but when I get up around 300 it rips my callus off of my hand. Where is the best place to get them and what kind do I need? I would also like to pick up my own belt. Should I get 2 different ones for deads and squats, or will a 4" work for both?

Get yourself a 4" powerlifting belt 10mm should be fine, 12mm can be a b*tch to break in. I'm using a Texas Strength lever belt in a 10mm. You can get one here along with straps and everything else a young or old meat head could want:rofl:

I'm not a big fan of straps... Can you use chalk at your gym? There are some tricks to grip that can preserve your hands see the vid below.

Best thing I have found for grip on the bar, as long as it's your own bar obviously, is electrical self bonding tape. Very rubbery and grippy. Doesn't tear your hands up.
