Was pretty wiped after this and bummed as I really wanted 165x8, 175x6, 185x4
DB curls started with 40s and then 35s, 30 you get the idea down to 20s. Did 10 per arm with 15 sec rest in between.
Ezbar curls put some 25s on each side did 2sx10r and 1s x 13r rest pause of 15 sec and got 6 more. Definitely tired and pooped after this day.
