Whitetail, missed most of last season with being busy moving etc, but this season I am gonna be set. Got a couple of big boxes to pattern in some 3.5 00 shot and we shall see. Last season I wasn't used to the gun and had it on single shot/manual load mode. :eek:

Knocked out my best time on "The Murph" this weekend, 47.44. Pretty stoked as my previous best was 53.51. This is with the 20lb weight vest.

Thanks Burn Down! I was pretty stoked about it. I am now going to start adding weight to the vest and see what happens.

Today is chest and back day. I have been adding cardio into lift days as well.

Skipped squats monday due to bitch hips and legs:( Will maybe try squatting friday and some conventional deads... Not sure if I should continue the sumos with them giving me issues before a meet...

Yesterday was a 2 mile run followed by a quick core workout. Today is leg day and I may work in some tire flips to change things up.

Yesterday was leg day.

-Squats using drop sets
-Dead lifts using drop sets
-Seated leg extensions
-Seated leg curls
-Calf raises combined with step up taps
-Decline weighted twisted sit-ups
-Plank knee to elbows
-Bicycle kicks

Ended the night with a 1 mile run.

Today is a quick bicep and tricep day with cardio.

Yes, probably have close to 300 lbs now. I went to do squats last Friday and things didn't feel good so I stopped. Not sure if it was because of the long work day or what I ate or what.:confused: Vertical is improving tho...:thumb:

Rode 7 miles on bike this morning.

Good and I told ya so:thumb:

Keep at them bud.

Whats your current vertical? So we can monitor your progress.

Squatted this morning. Supposed to do 340x4x4...
340x3 failed 4th rep... Hip flexor is still sore
340x2x2

225x3x5 Strength is completely gone.

A little disappointed but it was to be expected. No deadlifts at all this week.

Let these settle in really deep and stretch the hip flexors.

Gym was 9,000 degrees and tough to breath.

Some douche nozzle was using a squat rack for pullups and some circuit training thingy... My wife was doing legs and I was benching, gave her my rack and I went did some Dumdum stuff.

Standing behind the neck barbell press (usually aggravates my back between the shoulder blades but wore my belt and really concentrated on keeping the core tight throughout the whole movement. So far so good no pain)
