I work 12 hour shifts, go to RN school full time with 12 hiur clinicals on top of class and still train 5 days a week. Just depends on how bad you want it.Who has time for this?! I work like 10-11 hours a day doing landscape work and related jobs. When I get home it is supper and family time. No way am I gonna do any more work! Maybe lift a 12oz bottle or two!

When I'm bulking 3200cal does the trick. Usually stay around 220g of protein. But I'm human sometimes I don't make it lol. I don't take it as seriously as I should.
