Who has time for this?! I work like 10-11 hours a day doing landscape work and related jobs. When I get home it is supper and family time. No way am I gonna do any more work! Maybe lift a 12oz bottle or two!
I work 12 hour shifts, go to RN school full time with 12 hiur clinicals on top of class and still train 5 days a week. Just depends on how bad you want it.

No, Powerlifting. I have toyed with doing a bodybuilding show after... I'm going to have cut a little:D The powerlifter diet is way easier, see food, eat everything:rofl:

What is your body weight? What maxes on bench, squat and DL are you hitting?

198-201 BW Trying to stay in the 198 class but it is not as important to me as hitting my goal weights at the comp.

as of june 4th.
bench 315
squat 320
dead lift 425

aug 23rd if all works out...
bench 350
squat 405
dead lift 500

When I'm bulking 3200cal does the trick. Usually stay around 220g of protein. But I'm human sometimes I don't make it lol. I don't take it as seriously as I should.

I'm about to start a fall bulk. Got scales, going to take diet very seriously. Also gonna run test/NPP/masteron:D

I'm on a three year bulk plan. Only problem is Every year I just extend it a year lol. Next spring maybe I'll lean out
