Good to see so many lifters here. I'm training for a USPA PL meet on Aug.16th, got a herniated disc, but training for a meet keeps me motivated to take rehab seriously. Won't hit any PR's be I'll be happy if I go 462/341/507 @ 220.

Incline drop sets to failure starting with 195 (three quarters on each side)
lift (195lbs) to failure then drop 50lbs, lift (145lbs) to failure then drop 50 lbs, lift (95lbs) to failure. Repeat for three sets.
After the 3rd drop set to failure my chest will be broken lol
We have two flat benches one sucks you see my problem lol. Maybe need to get in there Sunday when it's empty
