That's great that you are back into it. I hurt both shoulders and one bicep two years ago and haven't gotten back into the gym since. Do you have a specific program? I used Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 and then went to Beyond 5/3/1.Nothing fancy. Bench is I'm guessing 200/205. Squat 205/210 and if I can pull 200 I'll feel good. I was doing great making good progress then just got busy this fall and didn't go lift very much and lost alot. Working it back up
