Shoulders today for the first time in a while. We have this pretty cool cable machine with 2 seperate arms that move independent of eachother. I do alot of stuff on it. I was doing some light cable shoulder press to burn out at the end. and the cable gashed my arm open because it was about to snap and had metal Cable sticking out everywhere. Said something to the girl at the desk and they tagged it to be fixed.

On a side not this small gym is still a ghost town even after the first I love it. How Is everyone else's gyms doing crowd wise?

I cut our membership back to the 24 hr portion of our gym. The 24hr is the usual 2-5 people at 5am. The main gym portion is a madhouse. I will say when I drive by at 6 or 7 at night it's still packed. Wish I could find a different gym where being loud and using chalk was allowed

For a small gym I can't use chalk and I have to use grips. But i could slam weight if i had to:D

Oh I slam weights. If the crossfit ****heads can run around like they own the place and throw shit down anywhere then dammit my money is just as good and I can do it to, so I do.

Chris, Albert...I read the Candito Linear program. Guess I'll do strength/control but unsure what to do as far as all the accessory work

I do the 6 week powerlifting program. Never tried the linear strength.

I like BB row, seated OHP & lat pulldowns. Sometimes Ill do the row machine instead of the BB and I vary the bars I use for pulldowns.

Chris, previously you said you had it setup to input on your phone? How did you go about that? I am tired of carrying a note pad around.

I will be getting ready to start the Rpstrength cutting template here soon. I am excited to see the results. Currently sitting around 188ish at 6ft and roughly 12-13% body fat(not sure how accurate the machine was). I consider myself to be in fairly good shape, but always lacked on the strict diet side(I eat fairly healthy for the most part).

Download Excel for iOS or Android. I think you need a Microsoft account. I used my old Xbox log in and it worked. Then you can download the excel file from Canditos site.

Chris on your Romaleos did you actually measure your foot to get the correct size? Curious so I can figure out if I should order a half size up from what my foot measurement was or with the one that fit the measurement

I wear an 11 in Airmax and that's what my Oly shoes are. Didn't measure and they fit perfect. They are nice and tight when the laces are drawn and the straps buckled. I believe that's how you want it. I can tell when I don't have them tight enough.

That's where I'll probably get them from Albert.

Reason I asked is I have like 10 pairs of shoes varying from 9.5-11. Maybe I should email nike
