Thanks for the tips. I've come to the conclusion that I don't like barbell bench press very much. 185 felt like 400 today. Looking forward to going back to Dumbbells in 2 weeks.

I love the barbell...it's my friend. All my adjustments I try I do at 95lbs. If it feels good I go to 135 and see how many reps I can go as that tells me alot...at least for me

Stupid question... can you drink to much water? I'm thirsty af all the time.. I had about 250oz of water yesterday between 7 am and 11pm..

I don't feel any ill effects other than having to take a leak a lot lol.

Last I weighed was sub 190

Absolutely, you can flush all your electrolytes by drinking to much water. Like I stated earlier I watch the color of my pee, dark stinky piss= need more water/fluids, clear piss= too much water. If your pee is perfectly clear and your still thirsty, I would suggest a sports drink like gatorade or something to replenish your electrolytes Corbin.

Everyones water requirements are going to be a little different But the gallon a day seems to be a good target number give or take.

Leg day. Got em warm with some body weight squats and leg ext and hammy curl with 2 sets of 20 at 45lbs.
High bar squats. Barx10, 95x10, 135x10, 155x5, 175x3, 185x3, 200x2 thought about trying for 210 but decided not to.
Leg press. 90x10, 180x10, 270 x10, 180x10, 90 x10 with 5 sec pause to hold the quads under tension.
Single leg ext. 60x15x2, 75x10.
Romanian deads. 45x10, 95x12, 95x10x2
Hammy curls. 75x10, 90x10, 105x10.
Body weight lunges. 24 per side and I'm gassed. Stretched and rolled felt good.

Grrr! Ain't nobody in this town carry Adipower, Romaleos, or Crossfit Lifter 2.0. Can't try on shit and see what I like better. I got skinny narrow feet so sounds like Adipower is the way but the Romaleos have 2 straps and a bigger footprint...no pun intended. Oh and I did shoulders...yea probably hate shoulders more than anything. Definitely legs, chest, back, arms in that order.....then shoulders and traps

I know Romaleos run half a size large from your regular shoes. I where a 10 normally in a running shoe but the Romaleos are perfect at 9.5, nice and snug.
