Aggrivated a left shoulder injury from 10 years ago. Had surgery to fix it back then and now it's making lots of grinding and popping noises. Been getting random sharp pains down that arm so gonna take it easy in the gym. Work isn't helping it either but what can ya do

I haven't posted in a while, thought I'd share. I've been thru 4 weeks of my plyometrics leg workout and have probably gained a good 3-4 inches on my vertical. The results are better than I had from doing squats for 6 months. I'm 5'11-6' ish and have no problem dunking 2 hands now. I have another 4 weeks to go and can't wait for the results.

You may be right. After I finish the next 4 weeks I'm going to start back in with a mix of squats and plyo. Probably do 1 day squats and 1 day plyo. And yes I would like to jump over the backboard.:D I can hit my head on the bottom of the backboard now.:thumb:

That would probably get you the most bang for your buck. My fat azz might be able to touch the net:woott:

After god knows how long away from the gym, finally back under the iron. Missed that pain.

Basically warmed up to a paused 225 for 5 on bench and squat, gonna stretch a lil this afternoon and take the dog for a walk. I think I could have pushed harder but do not want to hurt myself that quick. :D

Plan is 5x5 till squat comes back up to low 400s then run smolov again for that 505
