Back, biceps and abs today. Went ok but never really got into it. Need to phase off supplements for a while as the preworkout didn't do shit.
Incline dumbbell press,6 sets 10 reps 75 pound. Dips,6 sets 5 reps. Militarypress standing,6 sets 145#. All done in 100 degree temps. Sorry,dont post much anymore,but still hit the weights and cardio.

Not bad for doing pyramid inclined bench first, that I did 225 and worked up to 265 also, lol if i do inclined first my bench is about dead even inclined to flat. Then dips and flys and murdered some triceps. Then I ate most of a Casey's taco pizza
