Back, biceps and abs today. Went ok but never really got into it. Need to phase off supplements for a while as the preworkout didn't do shit.

Incline dumbbell press,6 sets 10 reps 75 pound. Dips,6 sets 5 reps. Militarypress standing,6 sets 145#. All done in 100 degree temps. Sorry,dont post much anymore,but still hit the weights and cardio.

Right knee has been pretty sore for a while, probably over use... May need to lower the frequency and reps on leg day.

Also been doing some reading on RTS and watched some vids on rolling the Si joint.

I learned you need to roll slowly, find that sore spot and sit on it... I always got in a big azz hurry and just flop around like a fish on my roller, been slowing it down and it really seems to be helping with back and muscle soreness.

Rolling is a true love hate relationship, I have been hitting the hams after my straight leg dead lifts and it is terrible, but you get done and feel like jello and pass out.

It's been a while since I had enough time to waste on the forum; I've been spending time in the kitchen and squat rack though, fear not. Good to see you guys are still huge in here.

Three plate benches? Great work guys.

Hit some chest today, flat I worked my way from 225 up to 265 and back down to 225. Not bad for doing pyramid inclined bench first, that I did 225 and worked up to 265 also, lol if i do inclined first my bench is about dead even inclined to flat. Then dips and flys and murdered some triceps. Then I ate most of a Casey's taco pizza:eek:
Still at 231 pounds

About two weeks ago i started a little cycle. The scale says i havent lost a pound but the mirror says im losing BF like a mofo. What gives?

Thats all i can think of. Been lifting heavy for years and years and this is the first time im seeing new muscle definition without seeing any weight loss.

I have been meal prepping for the last 2 weeks and that has allowed me to up my protein intake alot from what it was. that might be contributing.
