No gym today, just came home drag a few drinks and hit the foam roller. Did legs monday and did 315 on stiff legged deads, 4x10. I'm so sore it's ridiculous. Haven't felt my hams like this for a while, forearms are sore to. Probably gonna hit kind of a well rounded full body workout tomorrow to loosen up a bit.

My bench is in that territory with you guys as well, but definitely got me on squats. The only problem is I'm 26 lol, Albert has years of form and mental training that I don't have yet. Plus I need to get on a strict diet. I'm up from 228 to 231 floating around 230 for sure. But getting more compliments this year at 230 than last year at 230. If i could get to 220 even I think I'd start looking pretty solid.
Finding time to eat is my problem right now, I've come along way. I don't think I could stop going to the gym that's for sure. I feel like a fat pos if i kiss like 2 daysThe good thing for you is: you haven't reached muscle maturity yet. That's happens around 29 for most people. Just stay after it, getting gains from working out and getting your man body. In 3 years you'll see pretty drastic change from now. Just gotta stay focused.
I'm 30 now, I always say just think what 35 will look like lol.
