No gym today, just came home drag a few drinks and hit the foam roller. Did legs monday and did 315 on stiff legged deads, 4x10. I'm so sore it's ridiculous. Haven't felt my hams like this for a while, forearms are sore to. Probably gonna hit kind of a well rounded full body workout tomorrow to loosen up a bit.

Oh I am big time, and the only reason I did legs monday is because the gym was closed friday so I skipped legs,I think my stiff leg game is strong due to my bad regular dead lift form I used to have I think lol. I would get down like I was supposed to, then straighten my legs and pull it over half assed stiff legged. It was kind of a hybrid dead lift lol I'm thankful I didn't have straps or I might have over done it even more.

Gym is going to be difficult to get to now. Started new job Tuesday and as of today it's 6-4:30 then go get my son from summer camp and hang out with him. Not a morning person by any means so we will see if I can do it at 4 am...FML

The weight loss is from lack of gymming, was on heavy ABX and always worry about tendon damage etc.

Coupled with a loss of a family member, rough up and down kinda few weeks.

When that "Doctor" says ask for no statins he means quinolones. Statins are medications for cholesterol, totally unrelated to infection treatment. Quinolones are the antibiotic family that increase risk for tendon rupture.

Thanks Waid:hug: I am happy with 315x2 for a good double but when you slip back a little I get a little bummed out:D You youngsters keep me motivated, appreciate it:thumb:

I have really been hammering my quads as of late and it's really starting to pay off. I'm not much for pics but I will have to see if I can find some older ones that show my leg progress. My knee sleeves are getting super tough to get on and I have a noticeable lump from my lower quad muscles:woott:

My quads ain't big by no means, but having small joints helps to make them look bigger hahaha. I just have zero motivation to work legs

My bench is in that territory with you guys as well, but definitely got me on squats. The only problem is I'm 26 lol, Albert has years of form and mental training that I don't have yet. Plus I need to get on a strict diet. I'm up from 228 to 231 floating around 230 for sure. But getting more compliments this year at 230 than last year at 230. If i could get to 220 even I think I'd start looking pretty solid.

Pfft you guys are killing me on legs so don't worry lol. I can squeak a 205 out 1 time. All my numbers are down as I'm having trouble finding time to go when I have my son, especially since the wife can make up her mind when she goes to the gym

Finding time to eat is my problem right now, I've come along way. I don't think I could stop going to the gym that's for sure. I feel like a fat pos if i kiss like 2 days
