Dumb question, is there any ingredients in Walmart c4 sport that would cause you to go crazy?

I had to stop taking large amounts of creatine a few years ago because I woukd basically roid rage..

I've since taken smaller amounts and been fine...

I've been very pissy since I started taking c4, or maybe it's just a coincidence.. (About a month or so)

Doubt it bud. My theory on that and other usages would be your base demeanor. I feel like it gets amplified with some of this sh*t. If your spun the F up already and take a big hit those chemicals and caffeine... Maybe some of the other guys can chime in who have more experience with Vitamin K;)

True story, need to juat pull out the old clean eatining menu and meal prep. Ill start by eating more frequently tomorrow, high protein low carb.

Just start slowly unless you have some gnarly will power. As Brock mentioned, start with something small like soda or something and take a week cutting that out then pick the next item.

Any PW will cause imbalances in your mood and mindset.

Like any other drug you will get addicted to the highs it gives you and hate the lows you hit when you are off it. When I was younger and dumber, I was doing three scoops of OG recipe Jack3d. I can guarantee it will mess with your life style, and mindset. As pointed out it will amplify what you already have going. In my case, some severe dark points when coming down etc.

If you can ditch the PW for a simple cup of black coffee, do it. I have gotten down to barely a half a scoop of C4 per workout and I have stopped taking melatonin.

FDA says its illegal still AFAIK. Surprised the ATF/DEA didn't get involved earlier with USP

Because theres no one around to enforce and the profits are higher than the fines.

Hi-Techs Jacked Up has been on the free market with DMAA for like 2 years. I still have a bunch of original formula Jack3d too, down to 6 tubs, LOL

Albert have you been tested while on C4? I know they claim its void of 1,3 but who knows these days.

No Matt but your correct, if you use Pre's of any kind you take a chance... I know Jesse Norris got popped for a Stim at Raw Nationals from an older Pre called Craze. It's been off the market for a couple years but his bud had some at the meet so he partook, 6 month ban and lost his spot on the world team because of it.

I work long shifts for Cat and end up sleep deprived... If I didn't use some sort of pre or caffeine I would probably never get through work or a workout at the end of a day:eek:

I have been working toward less pre and caffeine though as of late. When I'm to tired I just skip the gym. Pushing to hard while run down is part of the problem with my back so trying to be smarter with my training these days:D

Haha got dominated at the gym this morning. Wasn't awake, arms felt like noodles, stomach bothering me. Got 165 for 4s x 8r and 125 x 10r. Did 4 chest exercises in an hour. I'll go back tonight and do triceps/calves...just having an off morning

It happens to all of us Brock. Just be careful on your off days and don't push past your comfort zone. Injuries Suck!
