Leg day made me it's bitch! Apparently wasn't there mentally or physically. Gym was packed so my routine was all sorts of messed up. Music wasn't working right for some reason and I couldn't get my back loose for shit.
Had to try and use smith machine for squats which was pointless...doesn't feel right. Finally got to squat rack and all I could manage was 3s x 5r x165. 4th set I got 7 but was all i had. Last week I did 155 3sx8r and 1 set x11 and wasn't that winded, this week was totally gassed. Ground out some front squats, leg ex, Romanian deadlifts, and leg curls...gave up.
