Got brave for my spotter not going to my gym anymore, was keeping the weight around 225 to 255 on bench, yesterday I warmed up and did 4 sets of 5 with 275. Then my last set I did 295 for 3 barely. Been a while since I did flat bench so it felt good. Then I did 4 x 10 weighted dips with 1 plate, then incline benched 205 4x5 lol I was burnt. Then did some triceps, body weight is hanging at 236 to 238 but I look alot better than I did last summer at 233. That winter bulk must have helped a little:thumb:
