Any fish oil users? I was told about it for joint pain and a couple days after I started taking it I noticed my shoulder didn't hurt like it used to.. All in my head?

I take it...well I take omega 3 capsules. My joints don't hurt near as bad and it's good for male testosterone balance


Been using a baseball to roll my back on. Holy crap does that find every knot and pain imaginable but seems to be helping loosen the middle back. The lower back though is just sore, which sucks because I got no way to fix that issue with surgery at this point

Got brave for my spotter not going to my gym anymore, was keeping the weight around 225 to 255 on bench, yesterday I warmed up and did 4 sets of 5 with 275. Then my last set I did 295 for 3 barely. Been a while since I did flat bench so it felt good. Then I did 4 x 10 weighted dips with 1 plate, then incline benched 205 4x5 lol I was burnt. Then did some triceps, body weight is hanging at 236 to 238 but I look alot better than I did last summer at 233. That winter bulk must have helped a little:thumb:

Need to get back into the habit of bringing a protein shake to work for around 330 and bringing a sugar drink for mid workout. I was spent today, last set was interesting to say the least.

Don't quote me, no science to back it up with. But I have heard fish oil can cause prostate enlargement, esp when gear is involved. Just something I have heard.

That may be in the case of excessive usage, but I cant recall the study.

There are plenty of studies showing the overall benefit of fish oil usage though

I'll keep that in mind if I jump on that bandwagon, not yet though..

Oh and got mri results back today.. Mild inflamation causing mild nerve pinch.. Told me to deal with it or go get a steroid shot

Walmart cheapo sweats, at the minimum the soak up the blood so you don't look crazed. Mine usually last a couple months before they are ripped to shreds.

Ordered another bottle of orange triad, really like the stuff, and BB tossed in a container of purple wraath for free. Supposedly it is a non stim PW supp?

Anyone have any experience with it? I would love to be 100% off of stims and slowly getting myself there. (coffee aside)
