I'm doing my best. Going to start doing them twice a week. my form great I feel and when I walk up to the bar it's like second nature going through the motion...it's nice

Mother f**king cock sucking injuries... due to my poor genetic luck I wasn't gifted favorably. Saw my doctor on Friday and I have finally been told I have a muscular dysfunction in my pelvic floor. Finally. The god damn thing goes into spasm but it feels like the worst hemorrhoid you've ever had but higher up. I'm back to lifting as of today.

Smashed chest today. Today is also the start of my "diet" chicken at 10am, chicken and rice for lunch, protien shake directly after the gym. No sodas or monsters.

Hope to be a clean 185 by memorial. Think I'm 192~ now

Today was shoulders, that means clean and press

Warmed up with 5r @ 115 lbs and light stretch
5 sets
10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Started at 145 lbs
Added 10 lbs each set
Finished at 185 lbs

Followed that 1s x 10r of shrugs with 70 lb dumbbells and then a 30 seconds of walking while holding shrugs.

No pull ups or dips today as my left forearm has been really sore for over a week now.

After the prescribed two weeks off from heavy lifting, back at it. Intense microcycle begins. :thumb:

Oddly not too sore, just was winded and tired at the end of the workout.

Today was back day, which means deadlifts

My back has been sore for the last two weeks so I'm trying to take it easy and not hurt myself any worse than I already am.

For today's workout
1 set x 5r @ 135
1 set x 5r @ 185
5 sets
10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Started at 235 and increased by 10 lbs each set and ended at 275

Also, I need to get some vitamins and more protein. Any suggestions on what to get and best place to get it?

For goals, nothing crazy as I just want to be strong (DL >350, Bench > BW for reps, and Squat >350) and still be able to get down on the floor and play with my son!

What made you pick 11 Brock? Lol

Started stretching with my wife. She has me doing some Yoga poses and holds to loosen up my tight legs. It seems to be helping. I figured out my squat issue. Legs needed to be wider so I go deeper without the good morning. Did a few reps at 135 before I realized I needed to stretch a lot more. Gonna adjust and work my way up slowly over the next month. Goal is to get a 225 lb squat by my 36th birthday in October.

I'm doing a program on bodybuilding.com Shortcut 2 Size by Jim stoppani. 12wks, 3 phases, 4 micro cycles per phase. micro 1 is 12-15 reps. micro 2 is 9-11 reps. micro 3 is 6-8 reps. micro 4 is 3-5 reps. every week is a new microcycle and I add weight every week. after 4 weeks I drop weight back down but I'm up from what I started at 4 weeks prior. seems to be working so far. my presses are up, bench is supposedly almost 200 says the bodyspace 1 rep max deal
