On a less enticing note, I'm reping 225 for 5 now on the bench now, bout had an aneurism getting the last rep tho, and I was able to add another 10lbs to my PR and hit 245:thumb:

Can do 68 pushups in a row, wanna hit 100 by the end of Summer
Curling 125 on a seated preacher curl and goin for 145 in the next workout, shouldnt be a problem but I've never done a 1rm, with curls before
Can dead lift all the weight I've got, with the bar that's 370
(I just read that a good grip strength is being able to grab in each hand, lift and carry your body weight for 5 meters? Geez- that's 180 in each hand for me)
Don't squat as often as I should be or as much as I believe I should, need to work on that, I can hit 8 with 260 on the bar, but my set up and no spotter keeps me from it more than anything else, once my legs are done, THEY'RE DONE! LOL
And, I need to get some 60lb dumbells now...the 40's are feeling kinda light
