Other priorities I guess. Little more rigging related work between the crankshafts and props to handle that power level than expected..

I like the Mastercraft idea. No driveline changes required... Well, till it twists the prop shaft off...

It's already got a 6.0 in it.. I imagine the wiring and set up would be relatively simple.. it's something I want to do.. but at a stock dmax power level

I have a liberator 241 you can drop it in for a test. I am going to pull the 454 out and put in a dmax this spring. I have to keep the power down and be nice to it to make the bravo 1 live. Where in ohio are you?

Back on em again. Finally..

Fabbing up cooler mounts tonight, then can plumb in the oil filter and fire these puppies up... Not sleeping till I smell diesel.

Awesome Ken, glad to see this buddy! I got the dyno moved and it is more user friendly now so we will have to talk in the near future about some of these projects and moving forward on them together:thumb:!:hug:

See if you can locate one of these adapters for the dyno.. It's probably called a twin disk, zf, or borg warner 72c adapter.

That one is on a buddies old super flow marine setup over in NYC.

I'm thinking maybe bring one engine over for ucc, then you can take it home with ya...

Eenie meenie miney moe, how in the hell should this oil cooler go??

Where the oil filter base is gonna mount in rear plate, two of those lines will only have 2" hose between the AN fittings.. The red caps are for fuel return lines, which I can snake much easier than 12 AN hoses....

UCC engine?!?! Are you and Mark working on something for UCC?!?! :woott::happy2:

Like always everything you are doing is so well thought out and masterfully crafted. It really is amazing. Thanks again for sharing the process with all of us. Some/many (most?) will never even see a build like this, much less how it was actually done. So yeah, thanks for sharing. Its super cool. :thumb:

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm trying to get these twin Duramax engines on the water before Industrial rebuilds my buddies twin 1000hp Cummins boat setup for the 3rd time..

I call this the REAL UCC... Build a 900+hp diesel engine with under 7L displacement, drop it in a boat, and make it live happily running wide open for more than 20 minutes. So far, that feat ain't ever been accomplished. Three second pulls, eight second passes, anyone can do that.. :roflmao:

Actually I need to get these two puppies on a dyno ASAP so I can see how Fingers pistons hold up under WOT stress. Should have at least one running by UCC, so figured I might bring it over to show off, if can find a parking spot.. Been working on this new Mono piston design, but wanta spin these ones up first. Marc went and moved his whole dyno just to accommodate me... :hug:
