Out of all the diesel trucks sold how many do you guys think throw away there warranty and run deleted emissions?.....5%??

I just wouldn't think there is really that many trucks out there with deleted emissions, and they think that small percentage is killing the enviroment:rolleyes:

By a few members that posted on DF, they are now saying the end of this year.. :spit:

The long term solution will be something like an EDGE box but with a full ECM in it. Reflashing the OEM ECM is going to get harder, and harder as time goes on.

The box will "see" the commands from the real ECM, and reply to the ECM with fictitious sensor data. Then the "box" will do the actual fueling control. This way, the OEM cannot detect or defeat the box. It will see a stock engine running normally, no matter what the engine is really doing.

I just wish I knew somebody who knew enough about electronics to assist me in building one. This will be really big if somebody pulls it off. It will work on all CR diesels with just connector changes. It won't even matter how many cyl the engine has.
