After I got T-boned at a intersection, we had to take my truck to the body shop. I've only towed 1 thing since I got the truck, and that was my acorn back from Marion IL where I bought the truck. Did push a semi up a hill on I70 in our "storm of the century" back in February. Hope to tow a whole lot more soon!

TX of course
Snap binders are ok for what he is hauling. If your careful you will never get smacked in the face by them. I do prefer ratchet thought.

I bet you can't use them much if any faster them me. When I did heavy haul from the time I set my brakes to the time I was climbing back into the cab was ~8mins. That was dropping my trailer, removing 6 1/2" G80 chains and 14K ratchet binders, firing up a 20 ton track hoe and unloading it, picking up my trailer. Add 2mins more if I had to sweep/shovel mud off the deck. A lot of the time I was hauling illegal and blocking the whole street, so I had to be gone before the law drove by.
