Truck has been running good since Friday night, Trent suggested some changes and I think it worked!:thumb: Thanks Trent!!!!!! Hopefully we can get it to rip now?:woott:

Yesterday it was wondering if would go faster , today its hope it holds together .................. I love it :roflmao: , glad we could help Justin if the last tune gets your blessing then ill convert it to the DSP and it should be good to go .

Anyone have any idea where to look?? After I flash it it runs great pulls hard and has awesome throttle response, soon after (sometimes its good for a couple days sometimes a couple hours) I start to notice the charger isn't making any kind of noise and I can hear the engine over the turbo? Takes a lot more effort to get up to speed and is just sluggish over all. If I reflash it goes back to being ok. Trent is working with me on this too, just thought I'd see if anyone has had this issue??? 2001 truck, we went to a different 01 OS and I thought we had it but it just seemed to take longer?? I have an 02 OS that we are trying now 6006, gonna wait til it acts up again and get a log file. Pulling whats left of my hair out!!!!!! Hoping someone has some insight?????????

All 2001 OS's are a POS.
Switch to the 15186006 Federal OS and be done with it.
I have not tuned a 2001 with any OS other than the 15186006 is almost 6+ years.
GHOST PEDAL is a well know problem in the 2001 OS's

Did that today Tony, I am hoping it works...... Thank you for the advice!!!!! I will make sure I post the results.
Still having issues, everything looks ok in the logs as far as rail pressure and boost, MAF is ok too. It isn't allowing much timing at all, max is usually 20.0* and cruising I'd be lucky to see 6.0*, after I re-flash it it runs great for a short time, when I log it then it shows up to 30.0* main injection timing, soon as I hear the change in the charger and the amount of pedal it takes to get rolling I log and sure enough hardly any timing????

May be a dumb ? But have you flashed it in using alt keys i had a lly do this and that cured it for that truck
I have not tried that but it is worth a shot. I have another ECM to try later today too.
