Lbz. Twin stock cp3. 60%(will go bigger if needed). Looking for a steerable 800 whp. Running 1.32 t6 96mm s475 over stock right now. I want to go to triples just cause. I really want to retain my turbo brake. I tow quite a lot. For the most part nothing over 12k but tow my toy hauler couple times a week(8k lbs) was thinking Danville 71.5mm with 2 billet s366's on top. Opinions? I want quick response, with ability to run a max effort tune 1000whp. I'm not interested on nitrous.

That's my plan for my next setup. I have my factory charger and 2 small chargers. Still not sure on their exact size. Just know they flow 5 more lbs a min than an s480. And marks charger is a 72mm vvt

I think you are going to find you need bigger sticks, 60 overs give me about 850 RWHP but with a longer PW than I like. I run very clean with about as much air as you are talking about. I tow with the truck no problem. Might have to run a gate on that turbo anyways? not sure how open they can get but seems like it might hold too tight on the exhaust side
I think 80 or 100 over sticks would be the way to go with that setup

100 over at a minimum with a Danville 72 and some extra. I would love to do triples in the future but also would need to go with bigger sticks.

I was planning on 100%, injectors are easy to change figure I would see what I can squeeze outa 60 at 3100pw lol

I too am looking for a streetable 800. I think i can get it out of a twin 4718r and the 4094avant i just had installed with 60-80% over injectors and a built engine of course.

I have been warned/steered away from using fleece billet cheetah's in a twin setup, heard they are prone to failure in that arena, from more than one shop and they were on opposite coasts, so is not like they work together or anything.

What kind of heat do trips induce to he system, that would be my biggest concern, i like to drive really hard, i could deal with a little lag vs extra heat.

I wouldnt run a VNT in a compound setup I prefer a fixed geometry charger for the high pressure turbo, as long as the VNT turbo is gated I'm sure you are going to be ok

i dont see a factory vvt lasting long at or near 1000hp, if it even made anywhere near that. no where near enough flow on the turbine side of the vvt to make 1k reliably

Brett is making big power on a non Gated variable with really good drive numbers. There are quite a few going the danville route in compound setups.

Is the 4094avant considered a factory turbo? I did not know that.
Pat at big twin said a 4718 w/4094vgt was his preferred set up for what i want, I will probably go to the danville 72 when it comes time to twin it though

For any HP turbo to work in a compound setup you need to flow a lot of exhaust though it. So either a really lose a/r, wastegate or if you can get a vvt to really open up and flow easy. Don't want to overdrive secondary compressor

pw is pulse width of the injection pulse or the time the injector is spraying each time it fires
