pw is pulse width of the injection pulse or the time the injector is spraying each time it fires

Yes, and the larger(to a point) the injector, the less time it has to stay open to get the needed amount of fuel into the cylinder, which helps the injector live longer, keeps timing in spec and helps the egt's as well, correct?

shorter PW allows you to run the timing you really want vs spraying sooner and carrying it later than you want. Don't want to get into it in this guys thread

2 475s feeding a 472 would be a lot of air-good for as much power as you can throw at a streetable engine. wondering how hard it would be to get on top of the 2 475s. I would think it would be a only a light towing truck between the 472 and the huge sticks needed to feed them

I'm wondering how much a little NO2 would cool the charger down between stages.... maybe run a pair of 472s feeding a 368 and use a little spray like a interstage cooler. Or just run a interstage cooler

what about running 2 s472's 1.10 t4 or t6 over a s366 billet
or all three s366 .91 be enough for 1k wrhp
How would either of these work out

you need to get into the MAPs, look at what the primaries are flowing, at what CR and what exit temp. Then that gives you what flow the secondary (HP) needs to flow. For a street truck I would cheat towards the smaller side for the secondary so it is a little more DD friendly. also need to figure out what CR and flow you need overall for the engine

But most of the time the CR is high 3ish, so the primaries flow 2X what the secondary does.

the primary turbos should be either equal size or smaller than the secondary turbo

How does this work out the triple kits that i have seen run more on the line of say instead of a s483 as a primary they run 2 s472's with 1.10 ar's over as366 or over stock? BTW not a arguement just trying to figureout everyones thoughts for a street strip tow truck that tows 16k and in the 1kwhp range and i already have a s366 billet s480 twin soiftwo s472's out flow the s480 why notand spool faster.

I still dont understand the triple "craze".......

more heat for oil, not enough cooling per air.....YAY.....

sure looks pretty though.....

and costs more.....
