All the triple kits we built at WOP were a two stage system just like any twin kit. Smaller high pressure charger on the manifold feeding exhaust into two matched sized atmospheres. Spooled better than stock...

A true twin 366 (so parallel single stage) would flow a lot of air but not at a very high CR. I don't think you could take full advantage of it without a really good a2w IC and free flowing heads

I'm confused.... So no turbo in the valley and 2 small 66's
a true twin setup?? 1turbo off of each bank?

Yes, that would be a true "twin" set up but no one uses it. All the "twin" kits you see on these trucks are sequential stages of compression. The triple turbo setups are twins feeding a sequential third turbo

x2 in my eyes a true twin setup is a turbo ran off each exaust bank.. I was just tossing out the idea of having both exaust banks come together and then feed two s366's ? so it would work sort of like triples but no charger in the valley. idk if it would even work, just all of this triple and big single talk got me thinking:confused:

Trent worked on a true twin kit a while back and I never heard any results.

Dustin at Diesel Addiction is building a race truck right now, I'm pretty sure his plans are for true twins. I dont remember the size he plans to use but his setup will be done by reversing the exhaust manifolds so they exit in the front. I dont remember much more.
