That's what mine at. 28* timing and 3200us pulse width. I guess I can slowly bring it up and see what it does. I hold very good rail pressure.

We normally kept making power on the dyno until roughly 3500psi rail loss.... Timing is generally truck to truck to...28-31* is generally the max, but doesn't mean some wont make more power w/ more timing.

When my truck was stock turbo and sticks. I ran 3200pw and 32* timing for 2 years. Over 500 mid to low 12 second passes and 50 hooks to a sled.

Now it runs 11.69@115 on s475 and 40% overs. Calculator estimates 650hp. @ 6500lb

i made 531 1050 on stock inj and pump and turbo @ 3000pw. I think ~30*(cant remember exact). Truck now makes 597 and 1097 on 40% nozz and batmowheel with 2440pw at alot safer timing number. no rail pres issue ever! 50+ hooks on first setup and 8 or so on this years'. We now rely on the thing to haul 22,000lb gvw to sled pulls all over!

I dunno why guys think there is a safe 597hp? It still takes x amount of cylinder pressure to make said hp. Do guys still hurt engines on "safe" tuning? You bet your ass they do

I agree. Nozzels may help get the fuel in faster and more in the bowl... But cant say xxxx pulse is safer than xxxx pulse with stock sticks when it makes more power imho.
"safe" power is stock lol.
Don't mind him. He's just mad his Colorado is faster than his big twinned dmax:roflmao:

Ah man, you mean my plan of towing @ this power level for another 15 years without hurting motor or breaking 1400* pyro isnt realistic??

oh i remember when i though 550hp was a safe level...............

i had a bad combo for keeping rods straight though. twins, big tune not detorqued (2800uS), big tires, heavy truck and a heavy foot.

I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to say here.....punctuation and sentence structure is amazing when used properly, or something even close to it.

Since this thread is about 600 to 700 hp ill advertise on here first.. In a week or so ill pullin my motor for a build.. For sale ill have my fleece built billet s363 for sale.. With or without the adapter kit (t4 ped, down pipe, oil line, drain) and an s&b intake with lbz mouthpiece. This charger put down 630 hp at fleece and ran a 7.82 at track with 6880 lb truck. i run 60% over sticks. this is with stock lbz cp3. could make more hp but rail pressure started to drop. braydon said its capable of 700 with more fuel. low egt too.. Prices soon to come..

Definitely interested, looking back and forth between this kit or twins (475 over stock)
