I also have one of those bumper I'm installing on my truck over the winter. I used 4 3x3 plates and 1x1 box tube to mount mine. Hope to save a little weight

Looks good Russ, what are you going to run for turbo(s) and whose? Any idea of what the weight will be? When do you plan to debut the truck?

Shooting for Pheonix Ken, the $15k price tag on the Trans setup set me back more then I wanted, but I feel its something that needed to be done. The twin and motor package are very similar to max'd out. The truck should be pretty close to the 4500lb. Rule, hoping to be under and add weight where I need/want it. She went on a major diet, CM cage, trans, no torsion bars, gutted interior, 2x4 tube back half, narrowed diff 16", ditched the leaf springs/mounts/-32" of frame gutted bed ect. I'm about $12k from being finished. I still need a dual pump kit pumps and lift pump, A/W IC and plumbing, custom axles/spool/3.42gear, chute and mount system, and a few small items. I've got a few company's that have helped out along the way and every little bit helps, but no major sponsorship help as of yet. It's not like years ago when I was racing Sprint Cars, and it was not to hard to find sponsorship help. People are still confused as to why I want to race a "diesel truck" lol.

Looks awesome russ! That trans is tiny:happy2:

How thick is the plate on the bellhousing where it conects to the rear plate on the dmax?

You got a pic of the cooler?

It's 1" thick to fit the custom converter, I'll get you a pic of the cooler on Wed. It looks pretty "cool" for being a Trans cooler. I was more interested in the other stuff so it stayed in it's box..

Looks great and love the blue/white scheme! I'm planning a similar stripe on mine, but hoping to find a good looking off-the-shelf shade of blue. I want white stripes covering at least part of the roof for keeping me cool sitting in the staging lanes!

Keep the A/C ;) , I am j/k... Check the New Mazda blues, they have some pretty wicked shades!
