I sure can try. I won't be racing the truck at all anymore but I will be sure and get spool up/smoke videos. The video to show you how much it smokes won't be real long cause it cleans up damn near every drop of fuel! :D and that's with my S475 tuning...couldn't imagine if I could get tuning to match this turbo perfectly :happy2:

Anytime bud! I can't offer too much on this site in the way of tech but I like to help out when I can plus I plan on tweaking my current tuning to match my 464 nicely. :D

I would...more cost effective (but no SS housing)...flows within a few lbs I believe but Trent would be the man to talk to about that. So far I'm really really excited with it. Drives great...spools great even with my tight converter (SC 1056: ~2k stall). Whistles nice LOL...plus a 366 wouldn't come with such a slick install kit and intake :D still very twinnable...and with the S400 frame you can go from a 64mm all the way up to an 80mm wheel. Plus you don't have a t-3 to deal with either.

Sure wish I could get a set of manifolds and up pipes from Rick. I'll tell ya his T-4 pedestal I'm running is a work of art. I mean down right beautiful. Although wouldn't look forward to install but after 4 (or 5 if you count my first Cheetah) turbos I kinda got the hang of pulling the up pipes lol

Trent: glad you almost got her done. I've never had twins but I'll venture to say you will be VERY satisfied with this little guy.

Its got tough shoes to fill , pulled my twins off and put this on so .................... and the setup to go on after it is going to be :cool2: so we will see , I wish I could leave it on longer but prob will be just a week or so and then have to yank it to build new setup , then decide from there when to re-install for further testing .

here's a pic of mine , didnt coat everything I normally do becasue the pipe ar5e going on the race truck for 2.6 race , other pieces on the tow rig are getting coated soon diff color and turbo will be going up for sale after testing so new buyer can pick there color when it sales.

Ok sorry for being the guy that asks stupid questions but Im not really turbo literate.

S366 uses a T-3 pedestal right? Whereas a S464 uses T-4?

Which is bigger T-3 or T-4 and how do either compare to stock?

I see comments about the 464 being small....which is bigger 366 or 464?

I assume the 475 is one step up from the 464....does the 366 have a "big brother" ?

How do any of these turbos compare to the GT40 or GT42 turbos?

I also get the impression that a S366 is not as upgrade friendly compared to a S464....Why?

Again sorry but I kinda doubt Im not the only one here with these questions.

I wanted to test the 464 and a few other turbo's , if i sell it i want to know it from experience , plus I redesigned my LB7 twin kits , so I sold my old kit , got the new kit redesigned last week , will have some pics of the new kit when the 2 kits i built come back from coating. plus have a brand never done before turbo setup/design going on it real soon and if it works it will stay put for quite some time I hope.

T-4 is bigger and will flow more

I see comments about the 464 being small....which is bigger 366 or 464?

S366 is a 66mm compressor, S464 is 64mm compressor , but turbine wheel is bigger/ higher flowing in the S464 so ...................

I assume the 475 is one step up from the 464....does the 366 have a "big brother" ?

, S475 is 10mm bigger than the S464 so its a little more than 1 step , HTT makes a 70mm S300 but that is as high as it goes in the S3 frame

How do any of these turbos compare to the GT40 or GT42 turbos?

too broad of question to really answer , there are over 10 turbo's to compare to answer that question, and cost differs greatly

I also get the impression that a S366 is not as upgrade friendly compared to a S464....Why?
The S400 chassis the s464 uses is the same chassis as the S475, S472, S480 , ect so a simple wheel and cover swap and you can turn the S464 into any of the above , cost to upgrade is 500ish if i remember right and no changes needed to the install kit, the S300 is not a big enough frame to go much larger that the 66mm and plus its limited by being a T-3 , still a great turbo but I like the S4 frame for its flexability
Again sorry but I kinda doubt Im not the only one here with these questions.

Ok so with that out of the way....Why would anyone want a S366? Especially if they cost more.

What are the closest comparables/competitors to a 464 in performance and price?

How big of increments does the 464 go when upgrading? 464/468/470/472/....???
