Ya Ben, why wouldnt it be? After I fill with oil of course... it could crank and fire for a few seconds to verify operation before the stack goes on. Tube to connect the two trans lines at the cooler.

Good idea on the tank russ.... wonder if he has one for LMM. Ill call him in the morning.... except the fact that theres been issue before about people buying pieces of his kit to make their own I believe...

The Intake mouthpiece that came with my turbo was too big to fit in the area it needed, so we chopped the end down to get it to fit correctly, still wont.

Looks like I need Henrys LBZ/LMM intake pipe to give the turbo mouthpiece more room to fit in there... fail.

Also gotta get a new hot side CAC pipe... I had forgotten how smal it is. Thats some bs.

Matt i told you 400 posts ago that you can buy my old spacer for the turbo, then you could of ran any intake you wanted;)

I also have some lb7 pipes with the ends cut off and beaded if you want them?

yeah listen to Simon... Matt. Get the spacer you might need to fool around with your downpipe to make it work but should be easy.

OK... so a few things right now:

Cab bolts... torque specs?

And oiling the HTT turbo.. it says 50-250ml thru the top port. spin it while doing so.

Well I poured maybe 10 in and it overflowed, and it SLOWLY seeps down as air bubbles come up and then maybe 15 minutes later i can drop another ml or 2 in and then wait for it to drain... whats up with that?

I did this too Matt with my 4094... it took like 2 hours for the bubbles to stop coming out and where it wouldn't take any more oil...

If you leave the line to the turbo hooked up and pre-lube the motor it will pre-lube the turbo as well.

Haha exactly Guy, Jason was supposed to see if he could borrow your luber but he forgot.

Anyone have one I could borrow that wouldnt need it for a couple days for shipping? Or have any others ways I can oil the motor?

After I oil by hand I always pull a battery fuse dobthw motor won't kick over. Crank it a few times and it'll push oil through the turbo

I was just talking for the turbo. Not the motor. You don't technically have to use a primer...

Matt you are over thinking all of this...just pour some oil in there until it over flows and call it good. The oil pressure comes up so fast it really doesnt make crap bit of difference.

I never pre-lubed any of my motors either, FWIW, and the one that I built and tore down had flawless bearings. I pulled the IGN relay and cranked it for maybe 10 seconds, then started it up.

Just my opinion though, im sure everyone will wag their finger at me...

I was going to do the same thing.... just trying to be careful because.. oh.. people like YOU told me I didnt know what I was doin!:rofl:

I just had gotten a PM making sure I preoiled that turbo so when hardly any went in I was a bit worried. Carry on.

As far as cab bolts, I cranked em.

I think Im ready to start putting the stack on the front.

Same here. Lube while you build. Crank a few. Fire it up. But I can understand wanting a preluber for a high dollar build.
