Alrighty here are my compression test results.... 05 lly, grade c gaskets, s472, 30% injectors, efi, always ran on my biggest tune and ran hard every single time I drive it. 161,000 miles. Towed a goose neck it's whole previous life and the last 25,000 miles i have owned it, it has been abused. What do you guys think?

I really need to check mine. I have 50 passes over 110mph trap speed.
I told him I would eat my words. I haven't noticed a single bit of performance or cold start issues at all. 0 degree weather it fires right up no problem with no abnormal smoke or anything...so until I notice something wrong, she's good to go
You'll have cold start issues at 250 and 260 psi
I trapped 119mph@6800#'s for a dozen passes or so and ran 75 or more passes close to 100mph in the 1/8. Funk made a handful of 125mph passes and tons of 1/8 at or over 100mph @ 6200ish#'s. I know they are LBZ/ LMM but they both took a beating.
Mine compressioned checked at or above 390 the day before a rod exited the block
It's a party now!! :nanawrench: :nanawrench: :nanawrench:
I'm still putting the s480 on and new cp3.
What's the point of a moving up from a s472 to a s480 on a stock motor and cp3?
There is no point and I'm well aware of it. It's fun to switch things up sometimes....so, why not? An s472 was pointless to begin with. I wanted one, so I bought one.

Well at least it'll raise the power band.
What mods did you have / running when yours let go?
