I like the thought of twins with fuel only. If it doesn't get the #s you want, then add spray. Put it in a truck. Preferably a rclb 4x4. Would it be possible to make it dual purpose? Drag and pull. That would be cool.

I say put it in a rail. Easy to work on and if you decide you don't like it, it will be easy to remove and install in a pickup.:thumb:

You said my LLY would never run again, but she's all converted over to LBZ and ready for the motor.. The good motor I got had to be machined :rofl::rofl: :)

The ZR2 is next.. Customers come first :)

When your LLY runs again, call me. Then you can talk smack.:D

Since customers come first, get that S400 shipped.

I would not consider a rail. Can you imagine the procedure needed to get you in and out of that thing?:spit: :loser:

4wd 3.0 pulling truck unless you are willing to go tube chassis mod with it. Doubt you're there yet though.

If it has to be in a race vehicle, go truck and make it a 4500lb 4wd. Goal: 8s

Looks good though.

SCSB 4x4 Twins or trips if you can get them to fit. One piece fiberglass front clip and and box sides. Maybe the short short box not the 6' one.

Serious, No. Easy, no. But it is possible. Everybody has to start somewhere. Bank wasn't an over night sensation either.

even Brayden will agree that 7's is not a practical number... how many shops have done it with a diesel engine? a handful? Banks has near unlimited funds, remember that

I agree... unfortuneately..

I would imagine that the 7 second dmax was at least a 1 million dollar venture if the R&D engines that GM donated were taken into account.

I don't think anyone has gotten a diesel rail running right yet.

It probably takes 1000hp to run 6.9 in a lightweight rail.

1000hp is not unrealistic, nor is an econorail chassis unobtainable for the common Joe.

If I understand it right, it's turbo and transmission issues at launch that is the struggle.
