Lol. I didn't pay attention. He still has his. We have a street motor 509 in it right now. Still runs 5.90's with it.
Did y'all go testing this weekend. Mark your calendar twin city is racing for 15000 for their July 4 race. And a 32 car race for a new TNT dragster 800 entry.

We are testing this Saturday at Texas Raceway in Kennedale. Borrowing a friend's 32 foot trailer, he already measured and the car won't fit right, but we're going to try and squeeze it.
The guys painting it didn't like how it came out (too much orange peel), so they are fixing it on their own nickel voluntarily.
Because of the cold, paint houses are not shipping pre-mix. As a result, we've basically been told to pick the body up as late as humanly possible on Friday night.

I went by at 2:30 today, there was no paint on them. Magically, 8:15 rolls around, they've been painted and cleared. Got them home at 10PM.

not sure how you mean, but the engine tune is still off...was way off, and we got closer and closer. went 4.77 @ 146 in the 1/8 mile. After looking over the computer data, should be about a 4.75 @ 148-149 in it.
Not bad. I fired mine up and moved it around today. I just put a k and r air system on mine so I won't have to fill the bottle and will have onboard air for the tires in the staging lanes
