That might be better then the pouring rain we rode in at thompson pass a couple weeks ago.
Yuck, that should make for some crappy layering... Better make sure all your buds got avy gear and know how to use it. I hear Valdez is sporting a ton snow right now. Need to make a trip down there soon.
Better off buying a new Etec and putting an Aerocharger kit on it than buying a boosted Cat. No matter who builds it, stock will be all kinds of gay compared to a built yourself unit. I have a couple buddies that have both been down that road. They both sold their turbo Cat's this year and built their own M8 turbo's. Way happier guys now! Lots of guys boosting the '12 doo's with lots of good feedback!

I went out to Cooke City Mt last year and did some backcountry. We had one small slide in an area we were riding and fortunately no one got hurt, but it definitely makes you think. I do most of my miles in Maine so its not much of a concern for us here.
I've been searching for an ohlins rear skid shock for my 03 F7...anyone have an idea where i can find one? I hate the sno pro shocks, always have...no matter how many times i have them rebuilt they leak in a week
Didn't put a ton of miles in this weekend but rode the Roxbury/Mexico/Rangeley area in Maine. My cousin has a house in Roxbury and rides the quad up there over the summer. We went and broke a bunch of trail with 3+ feet of snow. I made my buddy on his 07 Summit XRS 151 look pretty bad in a few spots with my little 137 lol
I'll check with my dealer they sold a bunch of those shocks and may still have some new or used. I'll let you know.
