I thought so too until I actually read the tag. Still can't believe the hitch is so light weight. I pulled around 12-13000 a few times locally before I knew better. Now that I have a class v, never more than 8000. Go figure.

They stepped it up on the newer trucks, have to use an insert to use 2" receiver...

Put a new FPR in. Ahh there is the nice quiet idle. Glad it was the easy one on the second pump. Also swapped my heater hose from the upper rad hose back to the water pump bypass so I have heat in the morning. It’s a freezing 55-60* out here :rofl: :rofl:

And momma is gone for the week for a school trip so I took over the garage.

And a little daddy daughter time mixed in

Haven't been able to hurt this hitch yet. It goes 6" farther into the frame than stock, and ties into my lift gate for additional strength.

My dad had a trailer rip off his Dodge stock hitch and go through a fence. He keeps putting stock hitches back on for some reason. I learned the lesson for him, and run this custom hitch.

Rotating tires and noticed the stock hub cap nuts were lose on the lug nut...
Lil electric tape fixed that problem!

Took truck for a alignment while back and along with a $1200 estimate, they said all tie rods are bad and RH upper ball joint is shot.

So, Rockauto to the rescue

I should have done this a long time ago, old parts are shoooot

Finished making a new lighter bumper, front end parts should be much happier now. still have to mount my light bar to it

finally got my new wheels and tires on, hopefully get this fuel leek whooped and she will be good to go

pretty good so far, not a lot of snow, weather has been mild, i think we had one day of -20F, but other than that coldest is in the 10-15 below at night, currently 5 below at work
