Changed the transfer and diff oils yesterday. And realized 35's and weight makes for a slow truck against an LML.
Camping in a canvas wall tent without a heater and night time temps of -20 was a bit of a challenge. I didn't have to worry about meat spoiling, actually lost some meat to freezer burn. First time that has happened to me. We had to boil water at night to place in our cooler to keep the beer from freezing.

F that noise. Time ahead pulling it out of the truckDoes anyone know if it's possible to install a Merchant automotive pump rub kit for the 263 xhd without removing the case out of the truck? Could I just remove the rear housing of the case and install the kit?

Pull the tcase out! I wouldn't even consider pulling half of it out. It's not a hard job. Did it on my garage floor. I think the most time I spent on it was scraping the old gasket material off.

Waiting for a non corrupt ecm today. And every day this past week and a half. If that counts
Should've videoed the mud that came out of this.. Bet the engine fan doesn't come on as often now
My 15 year old son and a 14 year old friend each killed a buck. My son made a nice 300 yard heart shot on his first 4x4 buck. Barely made it out with all four chained up. 5200' at the bottom and climbing up to 8800' summit. We passed a snowmobile that thought we were nuts.
I went shopping for some meat.
That is what my excavator looked like after a bunch of demo work. It had gotten packed with insulation between the radiator and oil cooler.
