I started replacing fuel lines yesterday. Fronts were "easy"....cut at old braided by trans, unclip the lines, detach from engine, done.
Rear section, well.....not so much. Every quick-connect fitting is full of rusted metal from the fuel line. The little tab tools can't do their job.

You surely remember member "ratlover" over at TDP, right?! Pretty sure he was one of the first to do the H2 wheels like that.

Nice! I was looking for a set for my lb7, I was going to do the same thing with powder coat. Looks great...

I would've done powder coat but the closest place that I know of is 2.5 hrs away and I wasn't making a trip just for wheels. Maybe later in life I'll powder coat them and have the rest of my piping done

Found a fuel leak. After 10.5 years the damn WIF sensor cracked. I though I had a spare, but can't find it.

Driving it withe the lift pump off for now so I'm not leaking diesel all over.

i have been meaning to make me a WIF delete plug but keep forgetting

I'll risk a new one cracking. I not a fan of eliminating it you never know when you're going to get a bad tank of fuel

I thought the consensus was the WIF sensor didn't actually work 90% of the time? Plus, shouldn't your lift pump pre-filter catch the water?

I finally finished waxing my CCLB 4x4 with 6" lift by hand bumpers and all. Talk about a damn work out. Bumpers are FabFour that match the truck for those wondering why id be waxing them.

Figure she is good for another year or better be.

Only if your pre filter has a water separater and mine doesn't. We rely on them all the time in my industry.

But that point he's trying to make is that the stock wif sensor doesnt work worth a shit so you'll never know if you actually have water in your fuel

Dozer, watch the Dorman WIF sensors if you go that route, as your WIF wrench wont fit them. I think they designed them after the LML sensors? All I know is the hex is a LOT larger than OEM.

Added some Morimoto XB LED fogs. The beam control is incredible...

Replaced passenger rear axle seal and flange gasket. Bearings looked great but seal just come apart I guess and due to amount it leaked I got to put parking brake shoes on that side as well. Topped off diff fluid. Tomorrow more stuff gets done as now I have lots of time on my hands again

Had the raptor 150gph burn up on me last week..
Got it warranty.. swapped it out at airdog in shelbyville IN since it was on the way home..
Had several guys on FB mentioned they personally or eye witness info of air dog burning up and sometimes including the trucks..
Definitely do not need that
Went back to vane style pumps. Which last long and cost less
