It turned out pretty good. Had to manipulate it to sweep back more. Wish I could have got it back a little more, bit it looks good enough to suit me for now. I'll snap a few pics when I get it cleaned up a little and post them in that thread.
More air! Things have been ordered, don't really like to talk things up until they are a reality. Better exhaust side management, and there should be about 70lbs/min more air than what I had before. 200% injectors with 2 stock pumps for now on the fuel side.

Yeah.. Unfortunately local businesses has the parts (~120.00 worth) but doesn't want to sell them individually but rather a whole tcase.
Be calling either Midwest or tonkin for parts
Have you tried merchant? I think...not sure as I haven't looked in a long time but don't they sell parts or is that for the New venture transfer cases only?

Merchant isn't open on the weekend.. Happened Saturday night..
Manual case is a magna power(mp) 1226
Hauled the bobcat to receiver.. 50miles from home.. Used bossed 2500hd 6.0 gasser.. Had to move the T870 bobcat back to reduce pin weight... It did it... Don't recommend that much weight for extended periods of time... Fwiw trailer was ~24k ish

Are those still single piston calipers? I'll be interested to see how you like them and what kind of difference they make!

How long should those rotors last? What do the pads cost? What's that whole setup cost?

Should last a while, pads are abt 100 for all four. Whole kit with lines and fluid was abt 4300.
Not bad on the pads... a little salty on the rest but if they last [forever] it might be worth it.
