Not to mention the truck will run better and you can add a turbo brake. Nitrous is for racing not DD. Get yourself a set of tunes form a reputable tuner and you will be much happier with the end result...

Thank you to all who posted in this thread. Just read all 9 pages and I will be buying some nitrous stuff so for the single cab. I want to limit myself at the solenoid, so I will be using a .063 NX noid. I want to start small (.030 range) and see where it gets me and go from there.:thumb:
A .030 won't give you much, I also wouldn't get that small of a solenoid not much room to grow.
A .063 noid will be plenty for me. I just want to clean the smoke up.
No it is not. Another reason why I want to keep it on the small side. I have a drive pressure gauge in the garage that needs to go in.
Quick update,
got my wiring issues figured out on the Zex nitrous kit(WOT TPS/Master Arm)
Running the truck around on 2000Us on 100% injectors, and a 150shot. Cleans up the smoke nicely. :thumb: Started small with a .026 jet and worked my way up.
Based on smoke output, I will be increasing the fuel and the jet size to compensate.
Track next weekend

Ended up gaining 8mph on a .076 jet. Cleaned up most of the smoke, still need a bigger jet. I also need a lock up box asap. I flip the spray when the converter locks, top of 3rd, so im not gaining as much ET as I want, but gaining MPH. Lots learned today. Got booted for no cage again, so wont be out till after the new year with a cage in the truck.

Thanks! Needs a lockup box and may spray out of the hole on a smaller jet next time out, but wont be for awhile.
Have you tried to adjust lock up with efilive? Or is that only on the 6 speeds you can do that now

They have another NOS brand kit that looks similar but ive heard good reviews on ZEX
that is the kit I am looking at right now, Am I in the ball park of what is needed? Id just run a momentary switch so I can hit it exactly when I want.
I talked to my tuner and he said no need to pull timing back on diesels which ive heard mixed opinions on.
