Yes the 68 and the 72 works great with a 480. They both spool like a stock vvt although some changes were made in the tuneing to make the 72 respond the same as the 68. The 480 is getting replaced with at5533r as soon as I have time to work on my truck. We will see how well that monster works for street driving also.

So after the 480 install they lighted the same as the single 68? What difference could you feel from driving? More top end power?
Yes, spool was still there once the 480 was put on. It lowered egts some and did increase top end power.
Drive pressure is pretty good with a 71 Cheetah with S475, drive pressure is gauge on left, total boost is middle and S475 boost is right gauge.

its an electric full sweep gauge, has been very accurate and was what seemed to be the best choice years ago when I set it up, somewhere around 2007 - 2008 if I remember correctly.

Not impressed with my twins for street driving at all. They are just too big for a stock motorred truck and i cant fuel them hard enough on the low end to spool them. I feel twins are a awesome choice for a built motor street truck that wants something cool and fun but if you cant fuel them you are alot better off to run a single with the right amount of fuel. JMO figured i would add it here, my twins will be coming off in the spring to run my s366 again or maybe a s371.
Ok. I have a friend who is selling me a S510 pretty cheap but i figured it was too big to pair up with the stocker
I suggest you be very careful in your tuning if you twin your truck. The bigger tires and added weight from the lift makes it easier to bend rods, me and another guy (hes not on here no mo) bent our rods quickly and were making less than 600hp
