fixed it for you ;)

bunker hill yeah there wasnt to many stock trubo trucks there... me beating a 1/2 ass setup 2.6 is going to be hard... forget a well setup 2.6 turck when im a stock trubo..

fingers:
those 375s 33" or 35"

Hitch... i have bent this one once already... not shure i want to do it again..... extending it out would def do it more easily

butler video( off throttle no spooling)
bunker hill i left at 2200-2300rpm ~10-12psi ( i spooled there)
clarion (no spooling completly off throttle) about 1900rpm is when the sled/tires started moving and ~4-5psi of boost... i didnt stand on the brake... thats when the sled started moving.

and kurts iirc your truck was shorter then mine as in wasnt a CCLB

O ya Thats right i forgot. But i seen some where. That u where trying to keep egt's in check. And u didnt have a lift pump. A lift pump will help you out a little

I could be wrong....but I still think you need to put it in 2nd.
I'll bet your TC is not happy since it doesn't lock in 1st!

problem wiht 2nd is i dot turn enough rpm to hit the 1-2 shift point as is...

if i was hittign 3500+ in 1st i would go to 2nd noproblem...

4:56 will get you in second!;)

Can you weld a rear with a G80? I thought you could only weld an open diff? My red GMC I have now was a rare open diff so it got lincoln locked right away.:D

theres a will theres a way right?

yeah truck has a G80 rpo code... going to look at this weekend.. change the fluid as well.

possibly weld the side gears to the pinon gears on the cross bolt.

gears
4,56*3.1=14.13
4.56*1.8=8.2
4.10*3.1=12.71
4.10*1.8=7.38
3.73*3.1=11.56

1-2 shift at 100% of tps, with T/H on, is at 809 output shaft rpm. If I figured it right (and I may not have...) that means it should shift at 2500 motor rpm. 1st gear is 3.10:1

1-2 is @3200rpm i am rarely above 3000..
if i do manage to hit 2 and the t/c locks i will pull me below 2000rpm/ uner the turbo

If it where me I would look into hanging a T case for lowrange. That way you would have more gear options and you would also save your trans from 1st gear burn down. What worries me about going for second high is if the the TC locks your output shaft will hate you for it.
