you guys that are super low is there any need to worry about cv axles pulling apart and if so couldn't you just use a spacer like on lift kits so the axle stays closer to the wheel bearing? hope that makes sense

3inch drop shackles and the torsion bars dropped about half way

What you said makes sense. I have heard of a few guys that had to do something like that but those I saw were practically dragging. Maybe the 6/8 drop guys might have some issues like that.

Gotcha. I'm wantin to use the coilovers 408.Lukes been helping develop but not sure how much actual drop they'll give. This is pretty low i know but with the DJM thin trans cross-member i dont think it would be an issue. 1" taller LCA shock mounts would raise it up a hair more

i had a buddy that his truck was that low, and he broke his cv shaft a few times cause the bad angle. but i think they gotta be pretty low for that issue

The problem with 3/4 tons is the frame hags so low but from what ive read that trucks got the same amount of clearance a 1500 with a 4/6 drop has
