I have made my decision... Still not sure if it is the right one or not but we shall see.

64mm cheetah, 60 over nozzles, mod my regulator, airdog 150, port rail, shim rail, single stack, and a stage IV suncoast tranny. I had decided on the danville charger then me and brayden got to talking over some turbo customizations we could do and so i will be doing it that away. Wish me luck the date is set for surgery. It is May the 20th threw the 23rd. Thanks for all the help. Maybe i am doing right.

Congrats Man! Nothing like putting a plan into action. Who you gonna have do your tips? 60 huh? Something to grow into.

Good luck, it'll be a different truck!:D

60 over nozzles with the 64mm? Just curious but what makes you wanna get 60 over?

It may be 45 over i don't really know... one or the other. No telling. I am gonna do the 64mm just because i cant afford the 68mm right now and that is what brayden was telling me would be best to keep my towing capacity and what not. I trust him so we shall see how it turns out.

i would just wait till you can do the 68mm or 71.5mm . i doubt the 64mm will give you what you have stated your looking for and if it does you will be at the end of its map . i have installed a 64 for a local guy and he is happy with it but it's not near 600hp i garentee you that .

like i said i would go bigger but the turbo is good for 600hp. so you will be fine. trust what brayden tells you. he is one of the smartest guys i know

how do you figure its good for 600 hp ? When no one with a 71.5 has hit that on a single cp3 . Dustin has gotten the closest . Tell me the amount of people who have ran a 12.3 or better with a 64mm single cp3 ? Not bashing this turbo just the statment made that garentee's this turbo is good for 600hp .

I would deff wait till i could get a bigger charger.

Best i got with my BD 64mm was 579hp and that was with a 3.5" DP.

When i put my A5k on it was a whole new ball game and i wished i went with a bigger charger from the beginning.

The 60% nozzle and stock cp3 idea i really dont understand. I know you can run lower timing but i dont think any huge power gains will come from this with a stock cp3. It will take alot more tuning to get it to run right too.

Stock injectors can flow way over 600hp, its the cp3 that makes the fuel system the limiting factor. Now it will be your 64mm charger too.

hey i was just telling the guy that he could get the 600h.p. with the 64mm charger. i dont recall him asking how fast he could go. although i am sure he will go to the track. jneals truck never went to the track with a 64mm charger on. it was strictly a sled pulling truck. they did go to the track with a 71.5mm and i believe they ran 11.55. they did have dual cp3's with that run though. i think they dynoed 725 or something like that a couple of days before they went to the track.

you are missing the point what do you define as 600 hp ? the track was brought up because its the only true measure of hp that is not tanted . now if you want to say go to so and so's dyno on april 15 @ 7:00 am when its 62 deg you will get 600 hp then that sounds silly to me . you can go to 5 diff dyno's and get five diff #'s . and i am shure you have seen the map of the turbo and know what the lbs per minute is sence you garenteed it to support 600 hp ?

i like you Beach not trying to start a fight with you but if you make a claim i want it to be that either you have done it or have the technical data to support the claim .

everything is cool trent we arent fighting. i respect what you have to say bud. i have got more than my fairshare of info from you and i appreciate it. i agree about the dyno comment. the dyno is a tunning tool at best. hell he might go to a dyno and only make 500h.p. and then go some where else and make 700. i havent seen the maps for these turbo and to be honest with you trent as far as i know there isnt actually a physical map that i have ever seen. i do trust braydens info though and while i cant remember exactly what he stated i do remember seeing him post a number up for lbs per minute. i can get you the dyno video that has the results in it. the dyno was danville dyno which is a pretty reputable dyno

Brayden is a sharp individual , but if i remember the 71.5mm cheetah is only 5lbs per minute more than the HTT S366 , and the S300 is @ the top of its map @ 600 hp . that is why i have concern of it supporting 600 hp . i could be remembering wrong .

edit HTT = 82 lbs per minute
71.5 cheatah 88lbs per minute from a post on dp

well to be honest i dont know very much about any turbo but the one on my truck. but again like i said they did take a 71.5 and run 11.55 at 117 i think. so that would be well over 600 hp to get that e.t. with that mph

those times were very impressive ..... but there is a diff from what point a turbo will not make anymore power and when you are overspeeding it and running it off of its map @ a certain power level .... and sending DP and discharge heat through the roof . i am deff not a expert either but do know the basics .

Research research research... lol....

Brayden didn't tell me 600hp with it... no one did.... i am only hoping.. I maybe be going with the 68mm but i dunno. Anyways. when it gets closer i will know. I agree with dyno's only being tuning tools. I hope that i can get to the track the following wednesday night and get a few runs in to see what kinda times i will get. I will be removing the 35's and going with some 265's for the runs. How can i see exactly what my truck weights in race trim? Also should i worry about removing my toolbox, step bars, spare tire, tailgate, My heavy ass brush guard and winch... and all that stuff? My reaction time will suck i guarantee.. My first time with a tree. LoL.. do i hit the gas on the last yellow light or what do yall say?
