Got real bad here today. We got a $H!T load of snow. Wrecks everywhere. Cleaned my truck off at around 1 O'clock, When I got off work at 5, it was covered by at least 6 more inches. That was after I cleaned off about 16 to 18 inches at 1. Glad that is over for now.

-38 C this morning, Central Alberta. On a side note I don't think my GMC gasser is long for this world. 3rd winter I've had it and 3rd winter with issues. :(

It's about 37* right now and a good little wind going. That's plenty miserable enough for me. How do y'all tolerate these extreme cold temps? I would hang myself no doubt. And then the truck probably takes half a day to warm up lol

I work outside and it can suck a bit. The worst part is that I spent most of the night wondering if my gasser would start after work.

I got back from the North Slope Alaska today (where it was about 20 deg warmer) to -33 in Nisku. My '09 company owned 6 liter beater fired right up. Sure miss my heated leather.

15*F tonight, cold enough....

I need an air dam lol. I drove 30mi tonight and my trans barely lifted the needle and my engine didn't break 165* and that was after letting it warm up a bit and after having the block heater plugged in.

Really!?! Family and I are in the process of moving there in 2014. Now I am not so sure! Here it is 3*F. Trying to decide if I should put my snow tires on in my driveway or go to work and use the heated shop:thumb:!

I dont know you guys handle it up north. Its 14 degrees this morning near dallas and I cant stand it. However 100 plus temps in the summer suck as well.

And with low wind -10 isn't too bad. below that is when you start getting all the jelling issues, plastic breaking off in your had etc. with the windchill -15 is when it starts to hurt, -25 is painful and -43 is dangerous.
