I will by no means say that I am an expert....at anything, but caspmax has me feeling like a million bucks. Since joining 2 days ago he has commented on every thread and has yet to make sense. After being informed that you lower cv angles for aerodynamics :roflmao: I figured I would alert other people to disregard his ramblings.

Hmm... I started reading threads he's posted in. Some weren't that bad, sometimes he posts 6 times in a row talking to himself though.. but this was my favorite from what I saw:

If your turbo is malfunctioning your egr sensors will fault as well as they will see too much soot in the gas stream when the turbo is not developing the proper amount of boost. This all happens 3 times a second in the computer

Yes they will. But when you launch hard, the front end lifts and the cv angles become very steep. I'm not scientist but the most stressful part of a quarter mile run in a 4x4 diesel truck is the boosted launch. And if the most stressful time occurs when the cv joints are their weakest......they break. Do some reading!!!! I just dont want someone to take your word as fact and break their shit!

More like the angle of the shaft, it breaks right at the inside joint, right where it would bind.

Kinda like this:

I know. I was just referring to the post where caspmax said the only reason to lower tbars was aerodynamics.

I mean I suppose for landspeed records it would be useful. But considering the fact that I'm on 33's with a visor aerodynamics are the least of my worries
